| Can I go swimming with microlink extensions |

I\'m getting them put in relatively soon, and I was just wondering what the dangers of swimming with them were. For those of you who don\'t know, they are the i-tips put in with the aluminum beads with hair pliersAlso, any advice you may have on how to upkeep them would be great.Thank you!The problem isn\'t that the hair will fall out its that it\'ll tangle up the hair and you won\'t be able to keep them in so long Chlorine is bad for your natural hair and you\'re supposed to rinse it out asap because it drys it out and has changed my blonde hair green before! Salt water makes them tangled tooI had a weave over summer but I ended up taking it out half way through my holiday because the hair got so ratty and tangledIf you really have to though, just make sure you have it tied up when you swim and rinse out the chlorine as quick as you canUse a leave in conditioner and keep you\'re extensions tangle free by brushing them frequently.Other related question

I have a Wirlpool dryer model WED7500VW0It\'s a little over a year old, and saw minimal usage, as we were away 6 month out of the year.Today I tried drying the clothes, put it to normal dry,as always, and noticed that the glass door became wet after a little whileI stopped the dryer and opened the door, it was really wetThere was heat inside the dryer, but when I touched the clothes, it was wet.I dried the door and put the 20 min cycle onSame result after 20 min.PS: I checked the lint collector and it was clean, which is unusual after 20 min drying. What is wrong with the dryer?the problem is in the vent hose. You need to find where the dryer vents outside.it may have water in it that froze and created a block of lint and ice or it may just be clogged with lint.usually happens at a bend or crease.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS HOW MANY HOUSE FIRES START!.The air is not getting outside. If you have flex hose check every bend and check the outlet in the back of the dryer at the bottom where the vent or flexhouse attaches to your dryer.for emergency drying like have to work in the morning, disconnect the vent from the dryer, pull it away from the wall a bit, put a piece of aluminum foil or something metal against the wall where the vent will be blowing and let it vent in the house then find the clog in the vent tomorrowOther related question

i have a project due on the 9th and i need to find household items that contain chosen elements on the periodic table.i cant get anything off the internet.i need 15 household items that consist of any 15 of these elements.potassium, sulfur, gold, chlorine, titanium, silicon, lead, nitrogen, manganese, carbon, copper, silver, aluminum, magnesium, boron, zirconium, tungsten, lithium, iron, sodium, radium, palladium, strontium, radon, bromine, uranium, lanthanum, oxygen, calcium, chromium, arsenic, barium, helium, mercury, yttrium, cadmium, fluorine, platinum, zinc, nickel, tin, iodine, phosphorus, bismuth, argon.this is a major grade and i am having a really hard time looking anything up.i have a few of them already but i need to be able to tape it on paper. The previous post said silicon is what caulk is made ofNot trueComputer chips are made of siliconFor iron, go to the garage and get a nailfor copper and zinc, use a pennyA penny is made of zinc with a copper coating on itYou could use salt for iodine sodium and chlorineAlso, look out for a few of themMercury is poisonous, but can be found in a thermometerI agree with the aluminum foileveryone knows thatIf you know what a wheel weight is, find one and use it for leadotherwise, you could go to the nearest tire repair shop and ask for onethey should help you out if you tell them its for schoolnot exactly household thoughother items might be more hardSome of those elements you listed are deadly and/or radioactive.Other related question

Back at Xmas I had this frozen ground beef in my freezerWhen I went to use it the edges had this hard spotLike normally it\'s squishy like spaghetti but it seemed hard like a patty.Maybe I defroze it wrong? Or maybe freezing it screwed things up?The poster above is correct: that section is freezer burnedNext time, wrap your ground meat in freezer paper (available right near the aluminum foil) and then put it into a freezer safe storage bag (think: Hefty or ZipLoc) and that way, it will be safe from freezer burn for up to 4 months.Hope this helps!!! Oh, and for safety\'s sake, defrost your ground beef in the refrigerator overnightChristopher K.Other related question

Many years ago all canned food including soda and beer came in tin cans Later soda and beer converted to aluminum cans but today soup and all canned fruits or vegetables still come in tin cansWhy don\'t they use one metal (either tin or aluminum) for all cans?I think I know the answer but I want to see if others come up with the same reason. There are 2 main reasons for beer and soda packaged in aluminum rather than tin cans1tin can spoil the quality of these beverages2Aluminum cans can be manufactured with less seams, thus supporting the carbonation pressure better.Other related question

Predict the precipitate that forms when aqueous solutions of silver sulfate and Aluminum Chloride react to form products in a double replacement reaction.Identify the:- Skeleton Equation- Balanced reaction equation with states - Complete Ionic Equation- Net Ionic Equation- Spectator IonsThe skeleton equation would be: Ag2SO4 + NH4Cl - AgCl + (NH4)2SO4 But this is not a balanced equationThe balanced equation with states noted would read: Ag2SO4(aq) + 2NH4Cl(aq) - 2 AgCl(s) + (NH4)2SO4(aq) Here the silver and chloride react to yield silver chloride and form a precipitate solidHowever since many of the species are in the aqueous form the correct notation is in the ioinc format which reads (Complete ionic equation): 2 Ag (+)(aq) + SO4 (-2)(aq) + 2 NH4 (+)(aq) + 2Cl (-)(aq) - 2 AgCl(s) + 2 NH4 (+)(aq) + SO4(-2)(aq) As can be seen there are ions that do not react, and stay in solution, and these are called spectator ionsIn this case the spectator ions are NH4 (+) and SO4 (-2)This leaves the net ionic reaction to be: 2 Ag (+)(aq) + 2 Cl(-)(aq) - 2 AgCl (s) Since there is a factor of 2 throughout the equation it may be simplified to give: Ag (+)(aq) + Cl(-)(aq) - AgCl(s) Hope this helpsOther related question

how to get rid of starch from the leaf ?The simplest method is to place the plant in a pot in the dark for 24 - 48 hoursIf that is not possible, you could cover the leaf with aluminum foil being careful not to damage the leaf tissues or cover with a couple of pieces of thin cardboard.Other related question

| When baking clay how do you deal with thick clay |

I am working on a footlong (possibly longer) sculpture of a human male that is about 1 1/2quot; at its thickestWould it be safe to bake a sculpture of these dimensions? Would the sculpture be unevenly baked due to the fact that some parts (such as the chest) are significantly thicker than others (such as the hands and hair)? If it\'s not safe to bake a sculpture of these dimensions, how can I alter the sculpture (without causing much damage) so that it may be safe to bake? Would trying to carve out the core (somewhat like a jack-o-lantern) make it more safe to bake? I have never worked with baked clay before this project, so any kind of sculpture advice would be helpfulThank you.The simple answer is that any kind of clay should be as uniform in thickness as possible which means that air dry and kiln fired clays are hollow and polymer clays should have a heavy duty aluminum foil core to save on costly clay and keep the thickness down.Other related question

3.386g What is the thickness of the foil in millimeters (density of Al 2.699 g/cubic cmI need this ready till 11 pm, How Do i do this? thank youThe sheet is 1 foot x 1 footTranslate that into cmUse 2.54 cm 1 inchOnce you have the area in square cm, then the total volume is V area thickness or, thickness V / area You are total that the mass is 3.386 g, and the density is 2.699 g/cm^3From that, you should be able to figure the volumeIt\'s more than 1 cm^3, and less than 2 cm^3Now you have the volume and the area, so use the formula above to get the thicknessBe careful with the units, and give the final answer in mm.Other related question
