From what i understand, the windows in my house are able to stay open by tension bars? if i am wrong, correct me please.Its beautiful in texas and i have been opening up all the windowsi came to one window to open and pulled it up, then it crashed downIs this fixable? if so, how.thank you!Yes this type of windoww usually have a tension tube on each sideWhen you tilt the window out you can see the aluminum tube that is located in the jambIf it is broken it can be replacedThere is a screw that holds it in placeYou can also adjust the tension on these tubesIt is a twisting tool you will need to do this taskLooks like a crank with a hook on one end that you adjust the tension withIt twist in a circle to adjust for more tensionGet someone to explain how to use it where ever you get the cylinderI have adjusted the tension on one side to hold the window up.This is a little trickyGood luckOther related question

The parchment paper method is the common way to cook quot;fish in a bagquot; but I couldn\'t locate parchment in the storeI\'m thinking if I form a quot;boatquot;, place the fish, peppers, onions and spices inside and then wrap it up loosely, it will still conduct the necessary heat to steam-cook inside the foilAm I on the right track?
