| What is the best way to freeze fresh meat |

I put them in wax paper, then plastic wrap, and then aluminum foilIs there a better way? What you are doing probably protects the meat well enough, but isn\'t that wax paper hard to remove if your meat isn\'t thoroughly thawed? I wrap fresh meat in saran, then put it in a freezer bagThere\'s no harm in adding foil but it\'s not necessary and a waste of good moneyI also save plastic bread bags for freezingAgain, make sure you get the air out and seal the bag tightly If you use freezer bags and they are clean inside, not greasy or bloody, you can use them several timesTake the frozen meat out of those bags and let it thaw in the fridge covered in the plastic wrap.Other related question

| Getting some elements for my collection |

I am about half way through my periodic table of the elements collectionCan someone give me a list of elements used in common household items; please don\'t just say like iron-nails- I need the rarer ones like cobalt, yttrium, etc10 points for whoever has the longest list.what is the most important element needed to win in a small claims case Proof that you were paying the dog\'s bills (food, vet, supplies), such as checks payable to the vet and/or your friendsWithout that, and without the written agreement you should have had from the beginning, she will be considered abandoned by youAnd as someone else said, the dog has now adapted to her new lifeIt\'s in HER best interest to remain in a stable home and not have her world pulled out from under her againYou\'re also totally ignoring the feelings of your friendsYou know, the people who you liked well enough to entrust the care of your dog to for a WHOLE YEAR? Obviously they\'ve become very attached to your dog, and even though they are in the wrong to keep her, are doing that out of love for herI strongly suggest you reconsider what is in everyone\'s best interest-and that would be to leave the dog in her current homeTell your friends you overreacted, have thought it over, and understand their desire to keep the dogSo you\'re dropping your lawsuit and requesting that if they ever need to re-home the dog, that they will give you the first chance to get herHopefully there won\'t be a next time, but if there is, get everything in writing, signed and dated by both partiesBTW, even if you did win your lawsuit (which is very unlikely), all the judge would award you is the current market value of the dogAnd while he normally wouldn\'t award board (since no amount was agreed on), in this case he probably would, since you admit your friends were dogsitting for youSo you might walk out of the courtroom with no dog and owing money to boot.Other related question

also the places and examples of their useWhat is a moden? The answer to your second question is: Its about the materialsLet me give you an example: CD-ROM: Take a sheet of aluminum foilPlace it flat on a flat cutting board, then poke holes in various places with a forkThese holes are permanent and will not healThis is the way a CD/CD-Rom worksHoles are actually drilled through some metal with a powerful laser beamWhere the holes are become 0 and where the holes are not become 1READ-WRITE: Sprinkle a handful of rice on the cutting boardCover with a fresh piece of aluminum foilThen run your hand or a rolling pin over the foilYou will see \'bumps\' in the foil Remove the foil, remove the rice and put the foil back down and run over it with the rolling pinThis tends to make the \'bumps\' disappearPut rice down in a different pattern, smooth and you get a new set of bumpsThis is exactly the way a computer-burned CD-R or CD-RW worksA sheet of foil is sandwiched between layers of plasticA weak laser in your burner melts the plastic which creates a \'bump\' in the foilCD drives read the bumps as 0 and non-bumps as 1Hope this helps.Other related question

.it\'s a 9mm round with a tiny steel ball on the tip.when fired it can poke through an aluminum can easily.it is used for hunting ? it also makes a loud sound similar to a real pistol\'s.thanks.What is a Real pistol? Because my 9mm can poke holes through tin cans with the cheap UMC round nose roundsWithout a pic, I would hazzard the guess that it is some kind of tricked out home defense round.Other related question

Hi, thanks for looking I have a small red oak that is around 2m high (7ft?)I\'ve noticed that since early summer some leaves on some twigs have started to slowly die, becoming brownI have also noticed that some leaves in the crown have some pale green or yellow spots, it look like it\'s bleached or somethingDo you think it needs fertilizer or what\'s the problem? if you think its fertilizer, how should I fertilize it? Thanks for your help! What I know: Saplings need pamperingWhat I don\'t know: How to pamper a red oakWhat I think: It might be lack of fertilizer(I\'m inclined to think that\'s not it.) It might be not enough waterIt might be insects or a diseaseIt might be one or two freaky leaves that just didn\'t feel like staying green all summerYou might be having unusual weather as a factorWhat I recommend: 1Basic research on how to care for a new red oakIf that doesn\'t give you an answer, then2Lots and lots of research on the care of red oak and it\'s possible pest problemsWhat I\'m pretty sure of: You probably don\'t have to get to step two yet All kidding aside (and I did include real ideas too), our city has been pushing free trees on people, simply because our mature trees are past their life expectancy, so we will need new trees to replace themI live in a part of the city with no groundWe have sidewalks for front yards and a slab of cement for backyards, but the city was willing to break open a slab of our front sidewalks and plant the tree for anyone who asked Now we have a whole bunch of saplings with what looks like plastic bibs at their baseThe bibs are to keep the trees watered (pour water down it and the plastic acts like mulch, keeping the water from evaporating quickly.) Consider the economy right now, and yet the city is offering trees and bibs for the treesThose bibs cost money, and yet, it\'s obvious saplings need to be pampered enough that the city is doing everything in its power to keep those trees alive(After all, if they die, the city has to remove them toolol) In this economy, if government is willing to protect baby trees that much, it tells me baby trees really need to be watered and cared for early in their lives-not so much once they\'ve matured.Other related question

How do I slow cook a brisket in the oven for bar-b-qI\'ve been in Texas 25 years and don\'t have it down.Lwhat I do: lay a piece of aluminum foil in a shallow glass cookwareMake sure the foil is large enough to wrap the meat and seal the edgesput my favorite dry rub on both sides of the meatlay the meat into the foil lined pan, cook with the fat side UP slice up a medium to large sweet onion, lay on the meat spread across the meatCover and seal the edgesYou will need to get access to the meat when the food is cooked so you can pour off the juicesI cook at 275 for 4 hours, but I like my brisket well doneMy wife cooks at 275 for 2 hoursWhen the meat is done, open one end of the foil, pour off the juice and saveopen the foil, lay on a cutting board, and slice on the bias, I like a nice 45 degree cut, LOOKS GOOD, does not add to the tastepour the juice over the sliced meat YUMMMMMMMOther related question

List of Fast food containers e.g pizza boxes and the materials used.Relevant facts you have to consider for fast food container(s) made of recycled papere.ginformation on cost and fitness for purposesuitability of mineralssafetyWhat exactly are you asking about? Restaurants have several types of packaging from the pizza boxes you mentioned, to paper or foil wrappers, such as for hamburgersSome places also serve some burgers in cardboard clamshell type boxesThere are french fry boxes, salad containers, foam containers and disposable aluminum pansI\'m sure there are plenty more containers, but these will be the most common I\'m sure many places try to use recycled paper and materials whenever possibleThat is usually printed somewhere on the packaging itself to let you know that the company thinks they are being environmentally responsibleMany companies have gone away from some of the older style styrofoam clamshells because of possible health issues relating to this packaging Fast food places want to make their packaging as cheaply as possible yet still be sufficient for the needs of the food productMore expensive items will be packed in nicer containers (like the Carl\'s Jr6$ burgers)Also, signature items like a Big Mac or QuarterPounder have their own special boxesBig chains will have their logo or image clearly marked on all packagingSmaller chains, franchises or stand alone stores will probably procure items from a local supplier that will be unmarket or generically labeledThe actual materials are produced to best package the item being wrappedFor example, a hamburger isn\'t just wrapped in a piece of paperThe paper has been treated on one side with a wax like substance so that any juices or drippings from the burger won\'t leak through Many companies also try to make sure their packaging products are either recyclable or biodegradable, but all might notCosts per item will varyPaper wrappers will be cheaper than a clamshell container but won\'t be as sturdy or effective for packaging a larger burger, so a more expensive box may be usedHope this is enough info to get you started. What exactly are you asking about? What compound does Br- and Aluminum ion make?also: Fe2+ and an Oxide ion?Question 2:An element\'s most stable ion forms an ionic compound with bromine, having the formula XBr2If the ion of element X has a mass number of 230 and has 86 electrons, what is the identity of the element, and how many neutrons does it have?element?number of neutrons?thanks in advanceWhat compound does Br- and Aluminum ion make? ANSWER: AlBr3 also: Fe2+ and an Oxide ion? ANSWER: FeO Question 2: An element\'s most stable ion forms an ionic compound with bromine, having the formula XBr2If the ion of element X has a mass number of 230 and has 86 electrons, what is the identity of the element, and how many neutrons does it have? element? number of neutrons? ANSWER: (1)Element X is Radium (Ra)ANSWER: (2)Number of neutrons is 142 Rationale: Since element X forms the compound XBr2, it means that it has a 2+ chargeThe number of electrons in the ion form is 86 so, number of protons is 2 more than the number of electronsThe number of protons is therefore, 88From the periodic table, this is the element RadiumThe mass number is 230, which is the sum of protons and neutrons So, difference between the mass number and number of protons is the number of neutronsnoof neutrons 230 - 88 142.Other related question
