So if any of you know Sortedfoods, they have this seriously amazing chocolate cake that I want to make for a friend\'s birthdayBut I may need to make it a day or two before the daySo I live in a very humid and hot place so I don\'t know if I should leave it out or in the fridgeIt\'s a double layered chocolate cake with both chocolate buttercream AND chocolate ganache.Or maybe I can even freeze it? I really don\'t know! Can someone please help me??Thanks!Store it in the refrigerator leaving out wouldn\'t be a good idea if you dont have a cake box you can always cover it with aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator and if you are going to get a cake box make sure is closed tightly and store it in the refrigeratorGood Luck.Other related question

I am making a homemade heart-shaped cake for Valentine\'s Day to take to a church dinnerIt is made up of a 9quot; square cake rotated to look like a diamond and a 9quot; round cake cut in half, if you can picture itMy cake carrier isn\'t near big enough, and my cookie sheets are too smallThe largest pan I have is a large broiler pan, but it has a small dip in it and does not have a coveringI suppose I could use it, and cover it with aluminum foil, but I\'m kinda nervousAny ideas? I would greatly appreciate it!!Stop by a local bakery or bake shop within a grocery store and ask to buy one of their half sheet cake boxesThey may even give you the box.Other related question

I have a TON of hair, but it\'s fine, not baby fine, but coarse and fineI get it trimmed, cut and a month later it gets frizzy, and broken on the endsWhy? I use frizz ease, root booster, and conditioning treatmentsCould it be I blow dry my hair, use hot rollers, and pull it up a lot? Thanks!Stop blow drying it, stop using any heat on it, and stop putting this kind of products on it, chose natural ones like avocado and jojoba oil, shea butter is great as wellApply home made masks : one mashed banana, one spoon of honey, one spoon of avocado oil, one spoon of castor oil, one spoon of olive oil, on egg yolk, put that on your hair, wrap your head in aluminium foil, put a beanie on and wait a few hours ( a whole night being best ) before you wash it ; do that twice a weekAlso buy a silk pillowcase, other fabrics hurt your hair, they kind of rub it hard all night long, it\'s very damaging.Other related question

I am currently over the road with my husband (he has a flatbed trucking job) and my kitchen is suddenly very very limited!! I have a portable stove with a single burner, and I have a medium size panI cook simple meals like turkey hot dogs, turkey burgers, and homemade burritos, but that is all I can think of to cook for us [ I need some good and EASY ideas for some variety that will be relatively easy to clean afterward ( I don\'t have a sink, so I do alot of wiping to clean my pan ) please let me know if you have any thoughts ~Stir fry some meat and vegetablesChicken, garlic, onion, snow peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc etcAnything you wantMake a vegetable stew-potatoes, carrots, celery, parsnips, is my favourite comboA bit of onion or garlic is good tooPut a bit of butter in the pan, turn the heat on medium/low and start adding the cut-up veggiesAdd just enough water so it doesn\'t burn, put the lid onTurn the veggies over from time to time so they don\'t burnYou can add ham or any other already cooked meat at the end, just in time for it to get warmIt\'s also good with cheese grated over it at the endMake an omelette or frittataYou can stuff a lot of vegetables into one of those, and cheese or sliced meatHow about corned beef hash? Cook potatoes and onions together, add corned beef when those are done, cook long enough for it to get warmRemember that you don\'t really have to cook the whole meal at one timeThere is no reason why you can\'t boil some pasta, drain it, toss it in a bit of olive oil, and set it aside in a bowlThen make your sauce in your one pan and add the pasta at the end to warm it up before servingYou can jazz up a bottled sauce by frying a bit of garlic in olive oil, then adding the jarred sauce and cooking it brieflyTry Shepherd\'s PieBoil the potatoes, mash them and set asideBoil any other veg you want with itFry the ground beef and when it\'s done, put the other stuff on top and put the lid on, heat on very low, just to let it all warm up againIt\'s very easy to clean even the dirtiest pan in very little waterPut a bit of water in the dirty pan, set it over the stove to get warm, scrub all the gunk off with a brush, dump it out and finish cleaning with a damp paper towelYou can get all the cooking equipment you really need into one medium size plastic boxI do it when campingMakes all the difference to have the right equipment.Other related question

Lately, I have been noticing that my dishwasher has not been cleaning the way it used toIt leaves white film on all my black plastic utensils, my glassware has a foggy film over it, and worst of all my expensive aluminum cookware is laden with black build upAfter doing some online research, I learned that the reason for this is the removal of phosphates from dishwasher detergentI\'ve scrubbed my frying pans and cannot seem to rid them of this nasty black build upI\'m afraid of trying heavy duty cleaners for fear of ruining my pans even moreIf anyone knows of a safe way to clean my pans and return them to their original state it would be much appreciated! That film usually isn\'t caused by a lack of phosphatesOften that white film is undissolved detergent or etchingTry removing the film with white vinegarIf the vinegar removes the white marks, great! Run the pans through your dishwasher along with two cups of vinegar (no detergent)If the vinegar doesn\'t remove the film, nothing will remove the film because it isn\'t a film at all.it\'s tiny scratchesPowdered dishwasher detergent and tablets usually contain silicate (sand).and your pans have been sandblastedThe solution? Buy new pans and switch to liquid dishwasher detergentOr wash your pans by handI never wash any metal pan in the dishwasher, myself-Other related question
