I\'m working on some LED lighting - white 20000mcd (25mA per LED, 3.5V required)I have 5 volts and a 56 ohm resistor for each branch of LEDsThe circuit connects when two aluminium foil sheets - separated by a weather stripping layer - come into contact (closing the circuit). Is it a problem for batteries to switch on and off repeatedly? If so, how can I go about using a DC source to light my project? Thanks in Advance! ^_^sure, I too, observed that digital mail floating aroundIt must be a lantern battery from the present cases, reason merely this previous weekend we opened a older lantern battery, ie steel outdoors casing and it did no longer have 32 AA batteries, it had 4 very great ieD-cellular batteries in ityet i\'m wanting to pass purchase a plastic cased lantern battery and see for myself! Now the place did I placed those twine cutters and screw motive force? I in basic terms wish the manufactures are not getting wind of this, or we are all sunkThat darn lantern battery will fee $one hundred.00 moneylolOther related question

Come on now! Is it true that one can remove a small dent(s) from a car by using a lighter, aluminum foil, can of air-duster, dry ice, plunger, and then there\'s my favorite, a genie in a bottle? I have tried the foil, lighter, and can of air cleaner and the only thing I accomplished was finding myself thoroughly embarrassed for falling for that oneWell, I guess I had that one coming; I can be gullible at timesSeriously, if you have some sort of a reasonable solution, I would love to hear itPlease NO comedy here (e.g., take your car to a body shop) unless it\'s really, really, really Good !Sure those methods work as the other poster mentioned as long as the dents aren\'t too deep and the area creasedWe use a heat gun and a piece of dry ice to remove hail dimples sounds crazy but it worksOther related question

I am fairly new to cooking on a charcoal grillI know some meats need more time to cook that othersWhen do you keep the vents open and are you ever supposed to close them? I was thinking about grilling a BBQ beef brisket and i hear those take alot of timeWould the vents be closed when im grilling a BBQ beef brisket?Stephen Raichlen says to use the indirect method of grilling for brisketThe coals are pushed to the sides of the grill and the food cooks in the center- over an aluminum foil pan, not over the coalsThe grill is always covered, and the vents are used to regulate the heat (open to raise the temperature, and closed to lower it.Other related question

Suppose 411 g aluminum sulfide react with 467 g water.Al2S3 + H2O -gt; Al(OH)3 + H2S unbalanced! What mass of the excess reactant remains?step 1 - get the equation balanced Al2S3 + 6 H2O - 2 Al(OH)3 + 3 H2S step 2 - find the limiting reagent and determine the reaction mass since the aluminum sulfide and water reacts at a 1:6 ratio 467g H2O 1 part Al2S3 / 6 part H2O 77.83333g so only 77.83333g reactstep 3 - solve therefore it leaves411g Al2S3 - 77.83333g Al2S3 333.16667g Using signifigant figures, the mass you are left with is 333g Al2S3Other related question

Suppose that a square sheet of aluminum is placed in the hot sunIt begins to expand very slowly so that its diagonal is increasing at the rate of 1 millimeter per minuteAt the moment that the diagonal is 100 millimeters, at what rate is the area increasing? Then a similar question I\'m stuck on, it\'s pretty much the same, but with a triangleIn the heat of the sun, a sheet of aluminum in the shape of an equilateral triangle is expanding so that its side length increases by 1 millimeter per hourWhen the side length is 100 millimeters, how is the area increasing? The way I tried to solve them, seems totally wrongAny suggestions?Suppose that a square sheet of aluminum is placed in the hot sunIt begins to expand very slowly so that its diagonal is increasing at the rate of 1 millimeter per minuteAt the moment that the diagonal is 100 millimeters, at what rate is the area increasing? let x length of a side of a square h length of diagonal dh/dt 1 mm/min A x^2 dA/dx 2x h^2 x^2 + x^2 h^2 2x^2 h sqrt(2)x dh/dx sqrt(2) by the chain rule, the rate of change of the area with time dA/dt dA/dx dx/dh dh/dt dA/dt 2x (1/sqrt(2)) 1 dA/dt 2x/sqrt(2) dA/dt 2xsqrt(2)/2 dA/dt xsqrt(2) when x 100 mm the area increases by dA/dt 100sqrt(2) in mm^2/min In the heat of the sun, a sheet of aluminum in the shape of an equilateral triangle is expanding so that its side length increases by 1 millimeter per hourWhen the side length is 100 millimeters, how is the area increasing? let x side length dx/dt 1 mm/min h ht of the rectangle x^2 (x/2)^2 + h^2 h^2 x^2 - (x/2)^2 x^2 - x^2/4 x^2 (1 - 1/4) h^2 3x^2 / 4 h sqrt(3/4)x dh/dt sqrt(3/4) A xh/2 A x(sqrt(3/4)x/2 A (sqrt(3/4)x^2 / 2 dA/dx (sqrt(3/4)x dA/dt dA/dx dx/dt dA/dt sqrt(3/4) x 1 dA/dt sqrt(3/4) x when x 100 mm dA/dt sqrt(3/4)(100) dA/dt 100 sqrt(3/4) dA/dt 100 sqrt(3)/2 dA/dt 50sqrt(3)Other related question
