aluminum alloy hole sealing technology is hot and cold hole sealing, the middle temperature hole sealing is the subsequent in order to make up for the defects of the first two. Cold sealing hole is usually called room temperature sealing hole, after manufacturers over the years of production practice, explored a lot of room temperature sealing characteristics, then, room temperature sealing hole have what advantages and disadvantages?
1) characteristics of sealing hole at normal temperature
(1) energy saving: the hot water sealing hole requires the working temperature to be above 95℃, while the low temperature sealing hole working temperature is only 25 ~ 35℃, which can greatly reduce energy consumption.
(2) improvement of working environment: the production line with hot water sealing holes, due to the evaporation of steam, not only causes corrosion to the factory components, but also causes bad working environment for operators. Low temperature hole sealing process is carried out at room temperature, which can improve the working environment.
(3) improve the sealing efficiency: the sealing speed of hot water sealing process is about 3 min/ ms, while the sealing speed of ht200 normal temperature sealing agent can reach 1 min/ ms, which greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the number of sealing slots.
(4) eliminate the phenomenon of hanging ash on the surface of products sealed with hot water: when sealing with hot water, hydration reaction is carried out rapidly inside and outside the oxidation film hole. When the film hole is closed by hydrate, a large amount of hydrate is formed on the surface, resulting in the phenomenon of hanging ash on the surface of products. However, the low-temperature hole sealing process can control and adjust the concentration and pH value of various substances in the hole sealing agent, so that the precipitation reaction can only be carried out in the oxidation film hole, reducing the phenomenon of hanging ash on the surface of the products of hole sealing.
(5) improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the profile: the hot water sealing process is to achieve the purpose of sealing the hole by generating wave meter alumina (A12O3. Generally, the hardness of oxidation film formed after using ht200 normal temperature hole sealing agent at low temperature will increase. The microhardness test of the samples with oxidation film thickness of 12 to 13 microns showed that the hardness of the oxidation film without sealing was 340 to 360 HV, and the hardness of the oxidation film after sealing with hot water was 540 to 560 HV.
