The structure of aluminium composite panels mainly includes the following parts:
1. High-purity aluminum alloy plate: As the upper and lower surface layers of the aluminum-plastic plate, it provides good weather resistance and mechanical strength.
2. Non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core material: Located between
aluminum alloy plates, it plays the role of heat insulation and sound insulation.
3. Protective film: Pasted on the front of the aluminum-plastic panel to protect the panel from damage.
4. Coating: For aluminum-plastic panels used outdoors, the front side is usually coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) to enhance weather resistance; while aluminum-plastic panels used indoors may use non-fluorocarbon resin coatings.
