We can see that the harder the <strong>3003 aluminum circle</strong>, the bigger its elongation. When the other conditions are the same, the smaller the crystal grains, the larger the elongation. However, if the difference in process parameters is different due to the difference in process parameters, and the work hardening state is different, then the grain size cannot be used to judge the elongation. Take the following case for example.</p>

Sample 1 has a low heat distortion temperature, less recrystallization, a large number of dislocations, and a large internal stress. Although the crystal grains are fine but the plasticity is poor.</p>

Sample 2 has a higher heat distortion temperature, a higher number of crystals, a lower number of dislocations, and a smaller internal stress. Although the crystal grains are larger, the plasticity is good.</p>
