Alloy composition
6043 alloy is a Al-Mg-Si-Cu-Bi-Sn alloy, which is a deformed aluminum alloy opened in the international organization. The alloy was registered in 2006. Basic performance

The liquidus temperature of the 6043 alloy is 652, the solid phase temperature is 582, and the average linear expansion coefficient of the 6043 alloy is 23.4 mu m/ (M. K). At 20 C, the thermal conductivity of T9 state material is 172W/ (M. K), equal volume conductivity 44%IACS, resistivity 39n Omega m, resistance temperature coefficient 0.1N Omega m/k.
The annealing specification of 6043 alloy is 415 C / (2h~3h), and the solid solution temperature is 540 degrees. The manual age specification for rolled bar, cold drawn bar and tensile pipe is 170 /12h / 6h~12h, and the manual age specification for extruded pipe, bar and profile is 176 C. The corrosion resistance of the alloy is high and the surface treatment performance is good.
