Aluminium strip raw material is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast-rolling coil, hot rolled aluminum coil, then through cold rolled machine for different thickness and width of rolling sheet aluminum coils, at last according to the purpose, through the vertical cutting and slitting machine for different width of aluminum strip.
The specific uses of aluminium strip are: aluminium strip for transformer, hollow aluminium strip for high frequency welding, aluminium strip for fin radiator, aluminium strip for cable, aluminium strip for stamping, aluminium strip for edge strip, etc.
How to prevent oxidation of aluminium strips:
Strengthen the management of air dryer to ensure no moisture in compressed air.
To strengthen the management of rolling oil, its water content is controlled within the effective range.
The coated aluminium strip shall be packed in a sealed package with appropriate amount of desiccant per roll.

Yes, aluminum foil is a mixture.
A mixture is a material that is made up of more than one substance. These substances are not chemically bonded to each other. They can be separated without the need for a chemical reaction.
Aluminum foil is mostly aluminum, but not quite. It contains trace elements of metals and other minerals, depending on where the aluminum ore was originally mined. The refining and smelting process does not quite remove all of the traces, leaving them in the aluminum foil at a molecular level.
Since these substances are not chemically bonded to the aluminum foil, the resulting substance is a mixture.
Theoretically, aluminum foil could not be a mixture, if the aluminum ore used to make the aluminum-foil-a-pure-substance">foil was sufficiently refined to remove impurities.
