Cast-rolled (CC) and hot-rolled (DC) aluminum rings have different characteristics. Separate from DC aluminum plates, CC aluminum plates have poor deep drawing properties, so CC aluminum rings are rarely used for deep drawing.
High-quality aluminum rings are mainly DC products because they have strong expansion properties and are suitable for subsequent processes such as drawing, deep drawing, spinning, and oxidation.
When making deep drawn cookware, it is recommended to use DC aluminum rings (aluminum plates) as cookware. For processing ordinary cookware, CC aluminum rings are suitable. The price of CC aluminum rings is cheaper than DC aluminum rings (aluminum pan 0). Generally, there are two types: die-casting pots and stretching pots. The characteristics of the cast pot are uniform heating and strong pot body; the walls of the stretched pot are thinner, lighter and cheaper; the disadvantage is uneven heat and easy deformation.
