  Collapsible Aluminium tubes consist of 99.7% pure Aluminium, which makes the recycling easy and economically viable.
  The tube is formed by impact extrusion from a small disk of Aluminium called a slug. The slug size is according to the desired tube dimension and determines either an open tube or a closed tube with a membrane over the orifice.   Really great post, do you have any contact details of the aluminum supplier? I was working with my group on a scientific project and we needed a lot of aluminum of different types, also I have a group a few blocks from mine and they are using aluminum to make sculptures, I will ask them maybe they will need aluminum as well. At that moment when we have been doing our scientific project we were cutting some aluminum pieces and had a lot of aluminum waste that could be recycled. We found a company that had a recycling service of different type of materials and a few days later they took all of our waste materials and got rid of it really fast. It was a pleasure to meet such a nice company. P.S Waiting for the contact details.
