Aluminum tread plate has a wide range of application in our life, Mingtai aluminum tread plate has many advantages, such as a lightweight, a high intensity, a good corrosion resistance, a good low temperature resistance and antimagnetic. At present, aluminum tread plate is widely used in a variety of welded structure products, however, we will meet some problems during the welding process.

1. large linear expansibility will easy to cause the deformation of aluminum tread plate.
2. aluminum alloy has a large thermal conductivity (is about 4 times the steel), at a same welding rate, aluminum alloy has a higher heat input value
3. Welded joints soften, has a low intensity.
4. Welding is easy to making the stomas.
5. Welding is easy to making the heat checks.
6. There will produce a layer of insoluble oxide film on aluminum tread plate surface.
