When you are cooking fish? I ran out of

Just wondering what the difference is, if any.Aluminum foil will heat faster and retain that heat. Parchment paper will retain little heat but the fish won\'t stick to it when you remove it from the oven.The fish should cook fine in the parchment paper - it could be even better that way.Just wrap the fish in the parchment and you will be fine.
