Is it bad if I accidently eat a piece of aluminium foil? - aadaasdark8072 - 12-07-2018 Aluminum is toxic to the body that collects in organs and tissues. Cooking food wrapped in foil or sitting on it will leave tiny aluminum particles. As with anything, moderation is the key. Of course this is a personal preference but I don't cook in foil at all. RE: Is it bad if I accidently eat a piece of aluminium foil? - ZellaHyday - 12-07-2018 If a shred of aluminum clings to your baked potato or burrito, and you eat it, don't worry, this too shall pass. However, don't eat large quantities of aluminum. Even if you managed to get it down mixed with other food, it will lacerate your guts and may kill you. |
