Alloy 1070 aluminum circle
It is a lower cost alloy than 3003 aluminum circle but can maintain semi-specular finish with a 65% minium total reflectivity after bright dip and anodize.
Alloy 1100 aluminum circle
Haomei has been producing alloy 1100 aluminum circle for over 10 years. It is suitable for bare finish or diffuse anodize finish application

Aluminium circle sheet has small density, low weight, smooth surface, good elongation and excellent heat&electricity conductivity. It’s widely applied in production of cookware and lighting parts, including pots, kettles, pans, backing plates, strainers, lamp covers, lamp base and ornaments. The commonly adopted alloys are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3104 and 3105.

Aluminium circle 1050 is representative of 1000 series of aluminum circles. In comparison to 3xxx aluminum discs, it has weaker strength. Its aluminum content reaches 99.%%, and is therefore a member of pure aluminum. It has good corrosion resistance, light weight and satisfying conductivity. In addition to cookware, it’s also used as lighting parts. The representative of 3xxx discs is 3003 aluminium circle. It has stronger corrosion resistance and better strength than 1050, thus it’s more suitable to be used as raw materials for outdoor products like road instruction boards and traffic panels.

Haomei Aluminum supplies aluminium circle sheet of all common alloys. The circle thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 6.0mm and diameter from 20mm to 1200mm. It has a workshop covering nearly 10,000 square meters, which is equipped with a new high weight punch of automatic control and specialized molds. This enables Haomei to produce aluminium discs of richer specifications, larger productivity and higher efficiency. In addition, the workshop has three automatic swaying production lines and two eighty-ton punches, yielding 600 metric tons of discs monthly.
