I tried before and it didn\'t workAny no-fail methods?When I roast garlic I cut the top portion of the garlic off with a knifeI put the garlic bulb in a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle the garlic with olive oilI wrap the garlic up in the foil and cook it in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes to and hour depending on the sizeYou will need to cook it for a bit longer if you add more than one bulb to the packageYou will know that your garlic is done when you open the package and the garlic is a nice golden brown.Other related question
