Calculation method of aluminum metal weight - aluhm - 02-25-2018
1. Aluminum plate/aluminum platoon:
Density X thickness (MM)X length (M)X width (M)X quantity (PCS)
Example: aluminum plate 6061 15*1220*2440 1.
15 * 1.22 * 2.75 * 2.44 * 1 = 122.79 KG
2. The aluminum bar:
Diameter (MM)* diameter (MM)* length (M)* quantity (PCS)
Example: 7075 Ø 20 * 2500 two bar
20 * 20 * 2.5 * 0.0022 * 2 = 9.49 KG
3. Aluminum tube:
Wall thickness (MM)*(outer diameter - wall thickness)MM* length (M)* quantity (PCS)
Example: aluminum tube 6063 Ø 30 * Ø 18 * 2500 2
24 * 2.5 * 0.00879 * 6 * 2 = 6.3288 KG
