The scrap radiator dismantled from cars and air conditioner mainly made by copper , aluminum and iron.Therefore, there is big value if the radiators can be recycled. But how to separate copper and aluminum from scrap radiators? There are mainly three ways.
The first way is to dismantle radiators manually. But it's high labor cost and low efficiency. If there is a requirement for the processing capacity, manual dismantling of waste radiators simply cannot meet customer needs. So this method is not very suitable.
The second way is to use chemical reagent to refine metals. But it will cause chemical pollution, so this method is prohibited by the government.
The third way is to dismantle by machine which has a big capacity and a high recycle rate, also can maintain the purity of metals. So machinecial dismantle way is the best way to separate copper and aluminum from scrap radiators.
There are two mechanical ways to separate copper and aluminum from scrap radiators. If your raw materials are undeformed, stripping type radiator separator machine can process it. Stripping type separator machine can process scrap radiators to get copper tubes from aluminum foil. This machine could separate whole copper tubes from aluminum coating of waste radiators, also keep aluminum in block pieces, easy to collect and sell.
If your raw materials are damaged or deformed, you can use a large scale radiator recycling machine to separate copper and aluminum from scrap radaitors. This machine has no much limit for the input materials, any damaged or deformed radiators could be directly processed to get aluminum, copper and iron. The whole radiator recycling process adopts dry type physical separation technology with pulse dust collector to ensure clean working environment. It has safe and reliable structure, strong processing capacity, and stable operation.

An adhesive tape that is back by a metallic foil. The flexible metal allows the tape to conform to curves and uneven surfaces. Aluminum tape is reflective, UV resistant and thermally conductive. It is often used to seal off vapors in fiberglass duct board, sheet metal ducts and other HVAC conduits. It typically contains an acrylic adhesive that adheres well in a wide range of temperatures and humidities (note: some tapes have rubber-based adhesives).

Settings etc for 1.9 mm aluminium checker plate please?
G’day all, little to no experience with aluminium, I have an ac/dc 200amp Alusync from TokenTools. My daughter has purchased a 2nd hand camper trailer which has an aluminium box with separating wall between fridge & storage. Most of the welds holding the wall were either cracked or completely separated and as she wanted to fit a larger fridge, the wall was going to need moving anyway.
Any advice greatly appreciated re settings, wire type (I do have 2mm 4043?), how to vertical tack weld —- take it to a pro LoL
