Aluminum, our daily industrial raw material is called aluminum ingot. According to the national standard, it should be called “remelting aluminum ingot”, but everyone is used to “aluminum ingot”. It is a product obtained by smelting (or refining) and casting produced by electrolysis using alumina-cryolite. The composition of aluminum ingots is divided into:
1. High-grade pure aluminum: The content of aluminum is 99.93%-99.999%;
2. Industrial high-purity aluminum: The content of aluminum is 99.85%-99.90%;
3. Industrial pure aluminum: The content of aluminum is 98.0%-99.7%.
There are two main categories of aluminum ingots after entering industrial applications: cast aluminum alloys and deformed aluminum alloys. Cast aluminum and aluminum alloys are castings for the production of aluminum by casting; deformed aluminum and aluminum alloys are processed products of aluminum by pressure processing: plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, profiles, wires and forgings.

Aluminum ingots for remelting are mostly used in light industry, electric power, electrical, electronics, automotive, machinery manufacturing, construction, packaging and other industries:
1. In the construction industry, aluminum is widely used due to its stability in air and its appearance after anode treatment.
2. Aluminium ingots are also used in large quantities in the aviation and defense military departments to produce aluminum alloy materials.
3. In the power transmission, high-strength steel wire is used to reinforce the aluminum cable.
4, kitchen appliances are the early use of "aluminum", there is still a very large market today.
5. Based on its chemical resistance, "aluminum" is particularly suitable for use in the manufacture and storage of chemicals.
6. "Aluminum" has a high affinity for oxygen, so it is also widely used as an oxygen scavenger for steel and iron.
7. Others: Aluminum powder, aluminum grain, aluminum block, aluminum wire, aluminum bean and other aluminum materials are also widely used in automobile manufacturing, container transportation, daily necessities, household appliances, machinery and other industries.
