8011 is a regular alloy of a<strong>luminum sheet for bottle caps</strong>. The thickness of ropp cap aluminium coil sheet we can supply is from 0.15mm to 0.23mm (thickness tolerance 0.005mm). Owing to its small thickness, the sheet is usually regarded as aluminium foil in China. However, if it’s too thin, like a <strong>0.1mm aluminium sheet</strong>, its mechanical properties would be reduced correspondingly. Sheets of thickness around 0.2mm show an excellent bending property, and they are less likely to break under the punch press. 8011 aluminium sheet for bottle caps are clean and smooth in surface, excellent in light and moisture insulation, strong in pierce and punch resistance, and sanitary in use. The width of Haomei closure sheets is from 330mm to 1000mm, with a width tolerance of 1mm. Based on different tempers and alloys, the sheets’ tensile strength is 150 to 165Mpa and elongation over 2%. The surface of the sheets are free from obvious roll marks, black lines, oil spots, ash, scratches or bright strips, and the ear-making rate is controlled within 3%.</p>

It takes a series of steps to produce qualified 8011 H16 bottle cap materials, including cold rolling-foil rolling annealing thickness, annealing-foil rolling finished product, stretch bending correction, slitting, cutting, painting, drying, multiple stamping, and anti-counterfeiting markings on the surface. 8011 H16 medical bottle cap material and wine cap material are still slightly different in the production process. Because wine cap stretch requirements are higher than drug caps, they are differentiated in terms of annealing.</p>
