The brushed aluminum sheet is a manufacturing process in which the aluminum sheet is repeatedly scraped out of the line by sandpaper, and the process flow is mainly divided into three parts: de-esterification, sanding machine and water washing.
In the process of receiving pressure from the aluminum sheet, the aluminum sheet is forcibly passed through the mold under the action of external force, the metal cross-sectional area is compressed.

The technical processing method for obtaining the required cross-sectional shape and size is called an aluminum sheet drawing process. A tool that changes the shape and size of an aluminum sheet is called a wire drawing die.
In the aluminum brushed process, the special film technology after the anodizing process can form a film layer containing the metal component on the surface of the aluminum sheet, clearly showing each fine silk mark.
