Do I have to change the cooking time?1 cups diced onions1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1 1/4 pounds ground lean turkey1 eggs1 1/3 tablespoons chopped cilantro1/3 tablespoons minced garlic1/3 tablespoons ground cumin1 cups diced tomatoesSalt and pepper1/2 cups marinara sauceDirections1.Preheat the oven to 350°FCoat a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.2.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hotCook the onions in the oil until lightly brownedLet cool, transfer to a bowl, and mix in the turkey, eggs, cilantro, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, and salt and pepperPut in the prepared pan.3.Spread the sauce on topLoosely cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through. This is adapted from quot;Don\'t Tell Mom It\'s Not Meatloafquot; in the New Abs Diet Cookbook.Using beef is fineI hate cilantro so I am glad you are leaving it outFree form your loaf on a baking sheet with a rim to itNot necessary to cover with foil, pretty sure that it is advised when using turkey since it is leaner and has a tendency to dry out no worry about that with the beef.Other related question
