1. Oxide film
  Oxide film is very important for the quality of aluminum plate, and the oxide film refers to the thickness, porosity, transparency of aluminum plate during the production process. The oxide film of aluminum plate should keep to a thickness of 10um above, so that it can produce the aluminum plate with a good dyeing quality.
  2. Temperature
  The dyeing process of aluminum is divided into cold dyeing and heat tinting. Cold dyeing will spent more time than heat tinting, but it is more easier to handle the distribution of color during the dyeing process. The temperature of heat dyeing control at 10℃-60℃. If dyeing temperature is too high, it will reduce the dyeing adsorption, and easily to blur the surface of aluminum plate.

  3. Material of aluminum plate
  In general, the pure aluminum plate, aluminum magnesium, aluminum manganese alloy has a good dyeing quality after anodized, it means they can dyeing various colors. But as for the aluminum plate that contain many silicon or copper, it can but dyeing to black or other deep color.
  4. The concentration of dyeing liquor
  there is a certain relationship between concentration and dyeing level, if you want a light color aluminum plate, you can bring down the concentration of dyeing liquor, on the contrary, a deep color aluminum plate can use a high concentration.
