Our Aluminium Sheet is supplied in standard sizes up to 2.5 metres x 1.25 metres. In addition to standard sizes, we also supply pieces cut to your required dimensions; simply enter the measurements into the custom cut boxes during ordering online, select the units of measurement and we will do the hard work. All our aluminium sheet is square cut from stock on our fully automated guillotine.
aluminium sheet t is the most widely used form of aluminium. It is commonly used for light fabrications, truck and trailer repairs, car body panels, enclosures, machine building, and extensively in construction, aerospace and defence applications.
Aluminium is lightweight and has a good strength to weight ratio. Aluminium sheets can be cut using a jigsaw with the correct blade, on a guillotine, or very thin sheets can be cut using a sharp blade or tin snips. Aluminium Sheet is straightforward to form or bend using hand tools or a sheet metal bending brake. Fabrication is easy as sheet products can be welded with the correct skills and equipment and can be readily joined using rivets and other traditional fasteners. Aluminium is very easy to drill and machine which makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of projects.

Our Stucco sheet is more durable than standard aluminium sheet (of a similar grade) due to its embossed ‘pebble like’ surface. This also reduces the light reflecting ability of the material. Our 5 Bar Tread Plate, also known as Aluminium Checker Plate, Aluminium Durbar Floor Plate or positive grip flooring, has a distinctive diamond pattern consisting of groups of five raised bars in alternating directions to give improved grip in heavy traffic areas. Aluminium Tread plate is also commonly used as flooring and for wall protection, vehicle and trailer floors, ramps and access control; it is also very popular for use in shop fitting and interior design applications.
The Treadbrite sheet has a bright finish, a positive grip pattern and is also often referred to as ‘propeller plate’. Treadbrite is commonly used on stairs, ramps, and vehicles as it can help to reduce the risk of slips and falls; it can also be easily be wiped clean. Our mill finish aluminium sheets are supplied with a thin plastic film coating on one side to protect the surface finish during transit and fabrication; this can easily be removed by simply peeling it off.
