Shanghai Shenhuo Aluminium Foil Co., Ltd is a joint venture, founded jointly invested by Henan Shenhuo Group and Shenmei International investment Co., Ltd (Hong Kong). She was founded in March 2004, the registered capital of 49 million US Dollars. The company is located in Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao industrial Zone, near the cross of Shenjiang Road and Xiuyan Road, covers an area of 240，000m2, very close to the highway S20, only 23km to the east of Pudong International Airport, and adjacent to the Shanghai Disneyland. The geographical position is superior, transportation is very convenient.
The development plan of the company is divided into three stages. First period started from June of 2005，this project finish and puts into production in Jan of 2007.In this period 1 billion RMB was invested, and the annual production capacity of wide side and super-thin aluminum foil is expected to be 25,000T/a.

We will choose the proper time to build the second and third phase of the projects. The second phase of the project is planned to invest 1.3 billion RMB, adopt international advanced equipment and the annual production capacity of wide side and super-thin aluminum foil will achieved to be 40,000T/a. The third phase of the project is planned to add 0.7 billion RMB, intend to choose the domestic equipment and key parts are imported, the annual production capacity of wide side and super-thin aluminum foil will achieve to be 35,000T/a. After the completion of the overall planning, The whole annual production capacity of aluminum foil will be 100,000T/a. The company will become the most extensive coverage of domestic products, With world-class of modern aluminum foil production enterprise.
"First-stage project, the company purchased 3 mills for producing 2,150mm wide foil from VAI (UK) Company, 3 separators and 1doubler from Kampf-WT Germany, and 1 work roll grinding machine device from the Herkules Germany Company. Further, Company also purchased advance test and measure devices from Italy and USA
