aluminum foil manufacturers is different. The control range of its chemical composition is mainly to consider the product's tensile strength, elongation and Erichsen value to meet the customers’ requirements.The surface quality of
aluminum foil for air conditioner requires that it should be flat and clean, and no defects such as corrosion, pinholes, creases, brown oil spots, and cracks. The wettability by brushing of
aluminum foil for air conditioner should not be lower than B grade.At present, the
aluminum foil thickness for air conditioner is 0.1-0.12 mm,of which the trend is becoming thinner. There are two forming methods for aluminum fin stock: one is the stretch forming method, which has a slow forming speed and requires a large deep drawing ability for air-conditioning foils.The other is the thinning stretch forming method, which has a faster forming speed and the thickness is generally below 0.11 mm, This requires
aluminum foil not only to have certain plasticity but also have a higher strength. That is to say, different forming methods have different requirements for the performance of air conditioner foils.According to the market demand for air conditioner foils, it is required to meet the both two forming process. For meeting this requirements, aluminum fin stock should be with H22 temper, tensile strength of 120-130 MPa, elongation of more than 18% and Erichsen value of 6 mm.
