1. alloy elements
6063 alloy is made up of aluminium, magnesium and silicon as the main elements. Each element has a certain content. The price of magnesium is high. In order to reduce the cost, some manufacturers reduce the amount of magnesium to the minimum allowable content. Some even worse, the content of magnesium is lower than the minimum allowable content. Other factories add waste wires and pots to the alloy, basically not 6063 alloy. As a result, the mechanical strength of aluminium profiles is very low, so that it can be easily bent with two hands and one bend, commonly known as noodles as soft. This is one of the reasons why aluminium can be cheaper by thousands of yuan.
2. aluminum alloy smelting furnace
How to melt the matched 6063 alloy and what kind of furnace to use are also very important. The furnace used in our country now has the level of the 1940s and the level of the 1990s. The worst manufacturer uses the original crucible boiler. There are coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and electrically heated smelting furnaces. Some stoves have chimneys, others have no chimneys. Generally used is square furnace (rectangular furnace), advanced is circular furnace, some circular furnace can tilt pour aluminium. On the tonnage, there are one ton, two tons, five tons, ten tons, twenty-five tons and fifty tons of aluminium melting furnace. A more advanced one is to add a stationary furnace and a stationary furnace under the aluminium melting furnace to prepare 6063 alloy, which can be used for slag removal and degassing, stationary, and then cast aluminium rods and aluminium ceiling for extrusion. The quality of alloys prepared in the original coal-fired furnace is absolutely different from that in the modern round furnace. In general, no matter what kind of fuel is burned, there should be a flue gas. Most of the waste gas and slag produced during the combustion of fuel can be discharged from the flue gas. If all the waste gases and slags without chimneys are melted in aluminium water, the aluminium rods for extrusion can be cast in this way. There are serious slag inclusion bubbles inside. 3. alloy casting
The level of domestic foundry equipment is also far from each other. The oldest foundry equipment in China has the level of iron mould casting in the 1940s, and advanced hydraulic semi-continuous casting. The crystalline structure of cast rod in iron mould casting is very poor, and there are a lot of slag and bubbles in the cast rod. The quality of cast rod is very poor. Now it is commonly used in factories that horizontal casting (also known as continuous casting) and semi-continuous casting, semi-continuous casting, most of the wire rope transmission, the best hydraulic transmission. The length of semi-continuous casting rod varies from 3 meters, 4 meters to 8 meters. Semi-continuous casting is pit-type, casting while falling, cooling around with cold water, because the water cooling around is uniform, the crystalline structure of the casting rod is uniform and fine. However, the downward transmission of steel wire rope is not as smooth as that of hydraulic transmission. The surface of the cast rod by hydraulic casting is smoother than that of other cast rods. Smooth surface of cast bar is one of the preconditions for extruding profile. The surface of cast rod is rough by other methods. In order to ensure the quality of profile, sometimes the rough surface of cast rod is removed by turning one knife first. Now the commonly used semi-continuous casting die is advanced and hot-top casting die with the same level. The characteristics of this kind of casting die can cast several to dozens at a time. At the same time, the casting quality is good. With high quality 6063 Aluminium Alloy Casting rod, it is possible to produce good aluminium profile. If the original and old casting equipment is used, it is impossible to cast. Good casting rods can not produce good aluminum profiles at all. There are many aluminium factories in China. Instead of equipments for producing aluminium bars, they purchase 6063 alloy bars from electric aluminium factories or other factories. The quality of aluminium materials in such factories is in the hands of the casting bar factories. It is difficult for the aluminium materials produced to achieve quality stability. Compared with advanced casting equipment, using backward equipment has the advantages of low investment and low production cost, which is one of the reasons why there is a big difference in sales price of aluminium materials.
