The surface corrosion resistance of extruded aluminum alloy profiles is not strong, and surface treatment must be carried out by anodic oxidation to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aesthetic appearance of aluminum. There is also a certain detailed flow in the oxidation process of aluminum extrusion profiles.
Yong Lian will tell you that the oxidation steps mainly include:
1. Surface pretreatment: Cleaning the surface of the profile by chemical or physical methods to expose a pure substrate, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror surfaces or matt surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical means.
2. Anodic oxidation: Under certain technological conditions, anodic oxidation occurs on the surface of the substrate of the profile pretreated by the surface to form a dense, porous and strong adsorption AL203 film layer.
3. Hole sealing: Sealing the pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodic oxidation to enhance the anti-pollution, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. Using the strong adsorption of the oxide film before hole sealing, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film holes, which can make the profile surface show many colors other than natural color (silvery white), such as black, bronze, golden yellow and stainless steel color.
Aluminum alloy profile is a kind of widely used metal building materials product. Because of its superior soft texture and easy processing performance, as well as its noble metal texture on the surface, it is deeply loved by people. therefore, only by controlling every detail in the production process of aluminum profile can the quality of the aluminum profile that leaves the factory be ensured to be of high quality.
